Nutrition Services
Darlene West runs the Alameda kitchen and nutrition program, which is a part of PPS Nutrition Services. Alameda offers students daily lunch and breakfast, and a la cart milk. Students’ plastic lunch cards are stored, organized by grade level, along the north wall of the Cafetorium.
Cafeteria Helpers
Fourth grade students have an opportunity to volunteer in the school cafeteria as lunch helpers. Students help serve food in the lunch line and assist with other daily cafeteria tasks. Cafeteria helpers are trained and supervised by Nutrition Services Staff.
